Summer Flowers at Wooden Shoe

In 2024, the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm held their first annual Summer Flowers event showcasing a stunning 10-acre flower field of Sunflowers, Zinnias, Bachelor Button, Calendula, pink and white Cosmos, and Godetia Lilac.  Guests were able to purchase u-pick flowers, stroll through the sunflower maze, take pictures at photo props throughout the fields, and enjoy kids’ activities.

That was the beginning of a new tradition on the farm of offering sweet summer sunrises and sunsets over fields of summer flowers. Come enjoy the farm in mid-July until late August as they expand on this new tradition. Now offering 30 acres of summer blooms, u-pick, as well as shopping and food. Bring your sun hat and join in!
